Our New Jersey Broker Price Opinion (BPO) Products Include:
Interior BPO: Our most in-depth product; the interior BPO requires advanced contact with the property’s inhabitants, full evaluation of the interior, exterior, and properties mechanicals, photographs of each room, and a detailed report.
Drive-By BPO: Our most popular product; with no access to the interior of the property; our agents rely on exterior appearance, neighborhood information, comparables, tax records, and any other documentation they can find to price the property in question.
Desktop BPO: The Desktop BPO combines owner provided data and photos with an analysis of local market listings and sales. Comps are graded and suggested by Daunno Realty’s proprietary comp selecting tool and confirmed by a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker.
REO Sales Services
In addition to our valuation services, Daunno Realty’s REO Brokers can handle all aspects of an REO (banked owned) sale. First, we help our clients gain control of the property.
